In the app, choose File › Share…, give the model a name, say a little about it, tag it and choose its licence, and tick List it in the gallery. It is a copy as it is then; publish again to update it, or untick the box to take it out of the gallery and keep the link.
Where these come from
Every set’s facts, parts list and picture are Rebrickable’s, the pictures kept here so your browser never asks them, and its parts are drawn by Brickworks. Those marked 3D are pictured as built: models somebody built in LDraw, piece by piece, for LDraw’s Official Model Repository, and shared under a Creative Commons licence that lets anyone use them as long as they credit them: each card and page names who modelled it and links to its page there. In the app, the 3D ones are File › Library…; a set opened from it keeps its credit when you share it.
